Ebru ERSOY TONYALOĞLU

Dr. Ebru ERSOY TONYALOĞLU has been an Associate Professor at Aydın Adnan Menderes University, Department of Landscape Architecture since 2022. Her research interests include multifunctional urban planning approaches and reconnecting the natural systems and people in landscapes. Her research focuses on creating a better understanding of the interactions and relationships between the structure and function of different landscape components at various scales. Her research is multidisciplinary in nature and uses a mixed research methodology, based on GIS and remote sensing.

Dr. TONYALOĞLU led the development of future LULC scenarios in WP 3 and the mapping of ecosystem services in WP 4. She also supports researchers in the creation of the database in WP 1, LULC classification in WP 2, change and transition analyses in WP 5, correlation analysis in WP 6, and the development of spatial strategies and solutions in WP 7.
